Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. Check the estimate for your chosen item before ordering; different products can have different delivery times.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, and local conditions can affect delivery.
Shipping charges & destinations
Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Any applicable taxes and charges shown at checkout form part of your order total.
More than one item?
Items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Refer to each item’s delivery estimate and any separate shipping notifications for updates.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, use the contact details in your order confirmation as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Tracking & delayed deliveries
When tracking is available, look for it in your shipping-confirmation email. If your estimated delivery window has passed, or tracking shows a problem, have your order number ready when asking for help.
