Track your parcel
Enter the carrier tracking number from your shipping-confirmation email. This opens 17TRACK, an independent parcel-tracking service, in a new tab.
View your Shopify order
Open your order-confirmation or shipping-confirmation email and choose “View your order” to see the status Shopify provides for your purchase. That private link is specific to your order—keep it secure.
No tracking number yet?
Tracking may not be available until your parcel has shipped and the carrier has scanned it. Check your inbox and spam folder for a shipping confirmation. New tracking numbers can take time to show their first update.
Multiple parcels or a late delivery
If your items ship separately, check each tracking number individually. Refer to the delivery estimate on each product page. If that window has passed, use the contact details in your order confirmation and include your order number.
